I’m not too sure of the rules for MA transfers but I’d suggest contacting the licensing authority for assistance.

I got my license last year of 2012 and I am just now starting to work with my license (2013) , when it become time to renew my license will it affect me?

    • Negita January 13, 2013 at 1:57 am #

The date for renewal is the date the state gave you when you applied for the initial certification. Example if you applied for the initial certification in April 2012 renewal would occur April 2014.

Hello, I am currently a cna in the state of Colorado and my family will be locating to Mississippi very soon. How much in advanced should I fill out the document and get my license transfered if I plan on seeking immediate employment once we relocate there? Also I am in the window for renewal, should I renew before I move?

I took the cna classes in 2008 I worked for a few months just as a nursing assistant never got certified do I have to take the classes over or just pay to take the test to be certified.
