Getting your training from the Red Cross is always a good idea. There are many centers offering CNA classes in Massachusetts. The cost for the classes is roughly $1250. You do not need a GED or a high school diploma to enroll in the course. You will however need to get a TB test done as well as pass a routine grammar and Mathematics exam.
