I woutld like to know will I be able to work in Maryland as a home health aide with my NYC license or would I have to do a whole new course in Maryland or can my certification be transferred. It is ridiculous to take a cna training course because it would be very redundant for me because I already know everything. At my hospital a certified nurses aide receives a dollar more an hour than a regular nurses aide... can I just take the cna test to become certified or do i HAVE to take the course?
