Are you considering starting your career in the healthcare field? Consider Taking Online CNA Classes. Perhaps you want a job working in healthcare but are not yet ready to attend college to become a nurse or another healthcare provider. You might want to consider starting out as a CNA. Some online CNA training programs might help you to find a healthcare facility in your area that will allow you to complete your clinical work. In other cases, you will need to locate a facility that will help you to complete your hands on experience portion of your training. You will usually have work that you need to complete online that pertains to your clinical experience as well.
Upon completion of your online CNA Classes, you should be ready to take the certification exam in your state. If you have carefully worked through your course, you should be armed with the resources you need to successfully complete the exam.
I am wanting to take my classes online. I currently work at a nursing home and would not have any problem getting that portion of it done but I need to know what schools offer classes online. Any suggestions??? I am in the state of Oklahoma. There are not any classes that I can take at night. Online is the only way that I can accomplish this.

I have been a cna before for about 5years. I haven’t worked in the field since 2003. I am looking to go back into the work, but I don’t know if I need to get recertified? I have been trying to find schools locally for classes, none seem to fit my schedule. I was hoping that I could take night classes somewhere near by. I did find classes at Auburn Career Center, but it does not accomodate my schedule, of course. Can you help me find a school or local nursing home that offers training. There are no online cna classes in waco tx,,, i know cuz i live here too.. i went to a nursing home and took my cna class.. the only down fall for goin here is that it takes forever to take your state test… the instructor is too laid back with the matter of getting your application in and the money to the people.. i would know becuz i had to go up there and ask him about the test dates and he acted like he didnt want to be bothered, what really made me upset is when he asked me did i turn in my money already [i did 2 months ago] and then he had the nerve to ask me what my name was… but anywho i;m still waitin to take my state test… the class was in March and here it is May now and i’m still not certified. but the nursing home is Woodland Springs on dallas st. in east waco..check it out if you think u might be interested

You’ll need to retake the classes as well as the certification test since there has been a lapse of 2 years.
Hello, I am working as a Home Health Aid, I went to school to get my C.N.A, but when it was time to take the test I lost my job so I didn’t have any money to complete the class. I went throught the class section, I couldnt take the skills test part of the exam.I want to know how can I just take the exam online without going throught everything all over. Is it possible? I live in Houston Tx. Can I take it from another state online? This happen in 2008 Any advice..

You can take the theory part of the classes online but the skills part of the training has to be hands on. The test is also supposed to be done at a state chosen facility.
Can I take my CNA course online if I live in DC?
Hi, I’m sure there must be centers that offer training online in DC. You would however have to do the CNA skills part of the training at the facility.
