You might currently be working in a healthcare facility in a position that does not require certification. Workforce Investment Act
The WIA was set up to provide grants to those people who have been unemployed for a long period and are finding it difficult to get suitable employment. Many Training centers in ND are approved to provide training as part of the act. You can visit a community college in ND or a training center and ask them to help you get the grant for NA training.
